IPPT: Silver

I got to seriously admit that I am getting old le...When I took my IPPT test, I'm kind of not being able to perform to the fullest. There seems to be some resistance that it pulling me back from doing so. I do not know what. It could be lack of training, I don't know. I can't jump as far as I used to for my SBJ. I can't run as fast as I used to for my shutter run. Chin-Up, doesn't improve much still the same. I aways feels that I can do more, but there is just some resistant that stop me from doing so. As for the 2.4km run, is the only station that I have improve on. Not very sure of the timing, but I could say that I have improve. From 11min 30+sec to 10min and don't know how many seconds. haha...Oop! Right after my IPPT I went back for my familiarization driving. God! My legs are aching man and that doesn't end my day. Part two was doing guard-duty. Not regimental but replacing someone. Kind of last minute thing. Up coming Monday I would be doing another duty. SIAN~~ Anyway after this coming Monday duty that would be the end of my this month duty. SHOIK! I guess that all I wants to say... BYE!!!!!!!

Suddenly I thought of those days back at tekong...One year ago, I was just newly posted to Sispec..Life has change since I have step into army...There are ups and downs period...No matter it Good or bad, time will still pass...Loving it, or simply just hate it, I still have to go throught...Now I'm just glad in about 7 more month I'll be going to ORD...7 more months

Bored, super bored, dam bored.
Recently, I have been watching channel 8 tv drama. A 9pm show called "Heart Of Greed's" which is also known as 溏心風暴 the chinese name for it. In this show whenever it is showing the part where the female actress name '常在心', while the male actor 'Afreld', their background music play will alway play this song called: "my love will get you home". It super nice (I have added the link so if you wants to hear it, just click the title of the song). There seem to have tons of identical thing that was shown in the show (if you happen to watch it) speaks the feel of what I am currently feeling now. Every since words, in addition, the female actress do look like the girl whom I like.
Sad, less than an hour time I'll be book-in again. Guard-duty! WAH~~~

When she's in a bad mood, I can't even help to make her happy...

Throughout this OpenHouse which last for about 4 days and we had work for three week. In these three shit week is all about moving props, rubber tire or rim for salon vehicle, collecting ration and all kind of shit that no one could ever think of.

Super glad that it over... Everything is over.

Miss the morning run. Willie needs more long distance run.

Day after days... Night after nights... Week after weeks..
If you were to ask me, what is the feeling of doing the same thing over and over again...
I can tell you that, the feel would be the same. There wouldn't be any different.

On the 16 Aug, I finally completed my 21KM Half Army Marathon Run.I completed in 2hr and 16min, if I were to complete within 2hr 15min I would get 2days off. Wah! sad sia.. Don't care I must try to convince my PC to get my 2day off... Wahahaha....

On the 27 Aug, I had my ATP. Cheese-Bun, during my practice. I got 26 out of 36, 2 point away from marksman badges and 200dollar. On the actual day, I failed. Wah! Can you believe it? All my figure 15 all I miss. Miss! Miss and more miss until I fail. Wah-liew. Suck thumb have to retake, result 25 of 36. Hai... Bo money, bo badge. Downn!!

Recently, Busy lo... everyday go PLC. All the endless Siakan. Hai...No wonder they say 3rd sergeant are first class man. I have to admit that that is sooo true... Suck thumb lor...

Bad news, Bad news...
The Half Army Marathon, I will be doing my GUARD-DUTY. Sad all my effort has gone to the wasted. :'( All the await, All the plans. All gone, 彩虹消失在一瞬间. Huh! All my training. Really do not know what to say. Si Bei Sad ar... Just was talking about it to my buddy in the morning that what if it happens that either of us kanna guard-duty on that Half Army Marathon all the effort that we have put in, in our training will all gone to waste. Then right before we book-out we found that my buddy guard-duty was the day before me, while mine was on the dot the day that we are running the Half Army Marathon. haiz...... I guess in my life there will only be once that I'll be runnign in a marathon and now I can't even run. SAD!!!!!

14km? wad is 14 I have completed 16Km... Haha... I can't believe that I have completed 16Km. It was indeed a fun run, though the journey was dam long. Thought of giving up but I didn't. Haha.. (累不累~~ 作一场冒险的表演 走过千秋万岁　寂寞的云烟 下雨天　没有地点可以搁浅.) Can't really even see the finishing line but I still made it. Met quite a few old friends in the past courses we attended together. Haha... You can really see the shagginess in the face. Haha... Right after the run, I went for the free massage. I was indeed SHOIK AR!!. That stupid funny massager still ask how I get my leg tone until so nice. DOT!!! Have being running lei... Of course the leg will tone nicely lar... Stupid question. Anyway it was a fun run. I really enjoyed my run. Can't wait for the 21KM Half Army Marathon to come.

wah-seh! What a coincident. I didn't even know it when I know that date of my guard-duty. 10 JULY, sounded so familiar. It kept making be to think about it. 10 JULY. what the hell happen on 10 JULY I kept thinking. Till my buddy told be about one year soldier. Then I know. To be truthful, I can't really believe that I have really been through one year of my life in army. OMG! In addition, today I also complete my very first 14KM run, the longest distance I ever run in my life. Timing still could manage is squeeze within 1hr 30min. Ha-ha... I know it slow lar.. Slow run man, I'm not siao on lei... Run like one crazy dogs. Next week it 16KM, die ar!! One year past, one year of memories in army. Willie, 10 more month to go, 10 more month to ORD!!!

Finally this days really comes.
Training for the parade was siong ar... Image that you trained in the rain and you got tan. Weird right? This show that how strong the UV rays are. What makes it worst is it rain dueing our actual parade. Wah liew ai... Luckily it stop just right before the time when my parent can come forward to put on the chevrons for me. haha.. What make the parade a memorable was the rainbow that we right behind of us. Cool right. OMG! It not only one but two lehx... haha...

It has been a while that I did not go out with my poly friend.
But today, I went out with them to celebrate Farah's birthday. There are Nurul, Fariz, HuiWen, Farah cousins, sister and her some other friends. I'm kinda stupid, didn't know that it a surprise party for Farah and I say Hi to her. which i suppose not to. We went to Minds Cafe, have a little touch up on what are they doing. It is mend to be fun but it turn out to be kind of boring because most of them are Malay and only me and HuiWen are the only Chinese, the rest of the Chinese all have their stupid reason for not attending... -.- What makes it worst was Fariz and Nurul, they are no longer couple. They are back to friend friend kind of relationship. Just happens that me and HuiWen are between them. So it normal that we will feel kinda of weird in between them, so we just start chatting with each other. SAD. They used to be a lovely couple, but then they do not have time to spent with each other, things change. So is it true that when guys are going into NS, it better not to be involve in relationship? After the celebration Me and HuiWen took a ride home together, don't think too far. We are going home together is because we are staying quite close to each other so we are going home together and not I'm sending her home, wrong thinking lei... But being truthful, I alway feel that after chatting with her, I felt happier then usual. Maybe it because I have someone whom I can share my life with. I really hope we could have more, as a friend to friend chats. :)

This week was one of the most siong week in FLB(Fun Loving Boys).
Construction, camouflage, deployment really is a pain. Nevertheless I glad that I have made it through. All thank to all my pioneer. I couldn't have done well without you guys, Thank you guys. Up coming weeks I would be going back to ETI then driving school. No worry, I'll be back at around May, and once again I'll bring joy to you all. haha...

Is anyone enjoying in army? I doubt so.
Nobody likes to talk about army once they enter in the army, but still their conversation are all about army. Trying to hide, trying to giving lot of excuses, trying to make himself happy, but in his heart, he knows whatever he think was a liar to himself.

Yesterday, I went back to RP, for the Chingay performance at night, didn't get a chance to go on Friday, because my book-out timing was too late. Sad. Tons of thing did happen in my club, could see that my junior are changing, they are growing up, almost all found their partners but for the rest who don't. JiaYou lei. You guys will find one soon, too... Could see that there are improvement in their performance. Anyway, during the Chingay performance I got a very bad injury. Now, all the joints that I have, are have cracking sounds. Even with a small movement a crack sound can be hear. Especially my right shoulder, it hurt. God this coming weeks I'm going to have my SOC test. How I am going to pass. (ZZZZZ) Should I go see the MO? (hmmm...) Sian... this coming Saturday I would be having my gaurd duty. Which mean I cannot enjoy my weekends. :( Haiyo! sian sian sian! It ok, it alright, two more weeks and one day, it would be the end of my specializing phrase. Here comes my class 3, 4, & 5. YEAH!

Days in FLB still remain unchanged. I still don't seem to be remembering thing. Even my personal stuff. Aiyo! 失败! lehx! God!
Weekends are changing, from going out to staying at home. My parent keep enforcing, and wants me to go out. Meet up with friend, get a life. But all I can think of is after one week of constructing both my mind and body so tired that all I wan is to stay at home. Watch TV, cartoons will be good, play game or some other thing. There are just too many thing that I had plan to do at home are still undone and has been postpone to another week, if this goes on it will never end. Staying at home isn't boring, it "休息是为了走根长的路". LOLx... Chim ritez! I learn it from a friend of mine. Ha-ha... Get a life, I'll try. Upcoming week of construction would be at the transit gap, in addition I'm the IC of the week OMG, more stress is coming in. But, I have rest enough and I'm ready for it, just bring it man.

Today was a memorable day, I thought that I shouldn't be going there because there someone whom I used to love was there. Sounded abit childish, butthis is how I feel. I never ever told this to her before, as I thought a guys like me, does not suit her at all. In the past, our friend like to make fun of us. Saying we are like couple the thing that we do the place we go, we are always togther, there are other friend around us, but it appear that we look like couple. How I wish that she is my GF but she's not. There is also once that she was so angry that she scolded the person whom was making fun of us, she spoke out loud that we are impossible. I was glad that I did not spoke out that I like her. If not I would have hurt more. That was like about two year ago, and we have kept a distance from each other. Today, one of her friend made fun of her once again... She didn't reacted much but I was worried that her got angry so I took one step back, so as to create a misunderstanding. And now I'm at home I wathing this show. It happen that the story line was just like mine. OMG, but the ending is different lar... haha...

The first day of the year, I'm spending it not doing anything, but doing guard duties. Might sound quite sian 1/2... but it regimental so bo bian lar...
To be truthful, this guard duty that I have was quite interesting. My prodding was at 12pm hot sun, god really this really can kill someone man. It not tiring, but I’m just being exhausted by the heat. Next duty was after dinner, my buddy and I walk so fast just to rush back watch 心花朵朵开 and we did made it just in time. Lolx. Midnight duty was the most interesting, I got chase by three dogs during my duty. Wooott.. No worry, my buddy and I weren’t hurt. How did it happen, I also don't know. It just happens very fast, I was just only thinking about would I encounter/chase/attack by a dog and then it just happen. Not One but three dogs. My buddy and I were walking toward our checkpoint, sudden we heard dog barking. Initially, I thought there are only two dogs which were like just playing and chasing each other so we don't intend to disturb. However, they are not, they are running toward our direction. And these two dogs are calling for backup. From two and now it becomes three. OMG!! During that point of time all we could think of is, don’t run, stand still and nothing will happen, and we did. The dogs did come to a hault but it was just right beside my buddy and it keeps barking and barking. We do not know what to do, maybe if we turn around and walk away from it, it would stop. As when we turn around and walk away it run toward us again. Dotz! The whole area was cover by all the barking so it decide to carm them down by just doing shhh.. and shhh... It works. Not only it succeeds, the dogs turn and run away. WHAO! Amazing! Haha! We reported back and inform the guard com. that we are unable to get to the checkpoint. We were told to skip the checkpoint and carry on. Yeah! Lolx! The following day, my duty was to check the vehicles from entering the camp. Got scolded for no reason by the drive, but I am just too tired to care about him. haha~! Dam shag!

Poor Memory

Simply just do not understand why, my memory is getting weaker and weaker. I am not being able to remember thing as good as in the past. WHY, I do not know. I wish I would know why too, but this annoyed me a lot. Imagine that you have tons of things to remember, but you just can’t remember it, till it too late. Sometime I would stare in the blues, thinking that there are thing that I have forgotten to do but I just can’t think of it. When I was far away from it, then I would remember. This just can’t go on, if it does, I really do not know what to say.

Anyway same old shit again, there are so many things I want to say but I don't think I could list them all out. Days in training are full of downs than ups. Kanna F*** until like don’t know who the hell am I. However, I still manage to pull myself through. If you don’t get any scolding then that might be something wrong somewhere. Through the scolding I did manage to learn some of my mistake. Yes indeed I am learning. But, :( there are just too many things to learn. I have to admit that I am a stupidly slow learner. I am willing to learn if they were to have patient with me. Apologise if I really boil your blood. Haha..
Each and everyday, my days seem to be very down, however, it turn out to be still alright. There are times where I think my day will be fruity but it turns out to be very bad. What to do, anyway I am booking in soon; and about roughly this time I will book out again tomorrow. Shiok sia!!

4 week of basic has come to an end, to be truthful.
There a feeling of not to leave my stuffy and smelly bunk while I was packing my stuff to my newly allocate bunk.
I am going to miss my session mate. Yes I will!

The start of next new 8 week would be my advance and specialize.

NIGHTMARE!

Recently I had not been sleeping well, kept having nightmare. The nightmare that I had is not something which will wake you up in the middle of the night, but it something which makes you worried.

I guess I’m just getting too much stress from NS life.

Anyway, life as a Combat Engineers wasn’t as siong as what other might think. The present of Combat Engineers, is a lot less siong as compare to the pass. Nevertheless the discipline level is still very high. It so high that makes you think that you are still in BMT and not a trainees. No matter what I still have to go through 4 weeks which is 1 month of basic training term, then follow by 12 weeks of specializing. 4 weeks only ma. Can make it de.

Now I’m only left with 3 weeks, time will fly, endure and everything will end soon....

8 WEEKS; 2 MONTHS

Finally I had come to an end of my BSLC.

Guess what?

I had complete my 28KM Education March (???) and my Graduation parade.

Now, I'm being posted to Ngee Soon Camp, A.K.A a place for Combat Engineers.

OMG COMBAT ENGINEERS!!

Can you believe it, It another Siong Training for me.

Totally no comment for that but to accept the fate that my life in Army is always tough. It never being easy for me. All I could I hope or wish for, is to get into a welfare Company.

It seems like I had not enjoys it at all, neither do I think that I have rested well enough. Tomorrow is the day where I will be posted to SISPEC, and my vocation is INF LDR (TRAINEE). How I wish and hope my training won’t be that shiong, a very slack training, nice and friendly sergeant, good and friendly platoon and section mate, and then my three month will be an enjoyable one.

Wah!

In life where got so lucky. Ha-ha…

Just hope and wish ba...

I have to say that I did cry at the moment when my dad put on the Joggie Hat for me... Ai... At that point of time, it was really touching. Who won’t have cry, unless you are those heartless person, then perhaps you wouldn’t. Anyway, I’m glad that I, POP loh…

Initially I though life in the army is going to be good. However, I am wrong, it is the opposite. Every now and then whatever I do, I have to think it twice, think it hard. Will I do it stupidly? Accident will happen if I don’t think hard enough. Throughout these eight weeks in army, I had learned that life is not about predicting or knowing what is going to happen next. It all about letting nature to take it causes. It does help to make life better. Thought there are dark clouds ahead it doesn’t mean that the days is going to be bad, it might turn out to be another way round. All I have to do is to give my very best in it, take whatever overcomes as part of a learning journey. Perhaps in future I might be reading this again, so I hope this will serve as a reminder for me to move on. Moving on to be a better person in future. Now, I am glad that I am passing out soon from Tekong to some other unit. I just hope that my life would be better ahead.

It has been a while since my last blogging...

Sorry guys for not updating...

Basically there is nothing much happening, it all about NS life. I guess it all about the same for those who had been through NS, just the siongness of the training and the stunt that I did during the training was different. (if you really want to know more... date me out and I will tell you more...)

Though there are weekends for me to book out and had fun but I spent it on going out with parents and did lot of shopping as compare when I’m not in NS. My mum even advice me that, I should stop spending on the non-necessities, though I receive salary every month. If I were to keep on spending I might not have the enough amount of money when the time comes.

I guess I really have to stop, but sometime. To me, spending money makes me feel happier, as it allows me to forget all the unhappiness that I had during the training. Spending on items that I like make me feel better. Now I’m still thinking of getting myself a new shirt when the next book-out comes.

Should I or should I?

Of course, is go for it lar… wahahaha…

Seriously, I misses a lot of thing, this includes my freedom, the girl that I used to love (wonder how is she now), and many more.

Finally all the three letters are here, NTU, NUS and NS letter.

The upcoming week schooling will be resume. As usual, I have to rush for ppt. before 2pm, get it presented and then go home, or else go for FYP or training. Back to robotic life again, come to think of it I'm half hearted to go back to school and study.

This upcoming schooling week wouldn't be long. It only last for one month and that it. That the end of my poly life.

This coming wed, will be the day of my biggest hurdle that I have to cross.

It the day of my competition, Singapore Robotic Games 2007.

I wondered... is my robot ready for this... hmmm...

I really wish I could won the a medals, so that during my final presentation would not be that difficult. At least a solid 'A' grade will be there. I guess I really have to pray hard...

It tiring... once in the life is more than enough, but not every year.

Today, was a boring a day. However, I am happy. Bought a new long sleeve shirt from MAN STUDIO at LOT 1. Kind of like it, but there is some problem in transition of my card. There might be two transition (I hope not). Met my aunties and uncles from my father side (p.s: my father's mother sister, not very close) during my dinner. Very first question that they ask:" Aren't you in NS now?" "Ermmm... soon this year... haha..." I replied. Second Question: Did you visit your grandmother (which is my father's mother). "YES, yes, yes, every sunday." I replied meanwhile my heart saying, Rain or Shine Never change. LoLx... Visited NTUC, bought some daily cans food for my grandparent and some daily food for our own consumption.

Pretty boring, but I think it was quite an interesting day for me. hmmm...

Consistent of reporting to at 9am, work till 9pm for FYP.

This kind of life is totally meaningless, especially when no matter how hard you troubleshoot it, it still doesn't works.

Has been working for three days, there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Kind of getting tired toward it. I'm tired, please Mr. Rihatsu, please work and stop giving trouble.

For the sake of taking my UT, I have to take a 45min transport to school, then take a 45min test and took another 45min transport back home.

Reminisces

Recently I attended a gathering. It is a gathering with all those who had went to Service Learning with me. A lot and lot of memory keep coming in. It has been almost one year since we are back from the village and I misses alot. I wonder how is the village, the kids and the tank that we have done there. I had lost all the photo as my lappy got reformatted, hence I can't really flip through my photo album.

Time really flies, those who suppose to be waiting for entering to NS has already waiting for POP. In a year times it would be my turn. Indeed, I'm looking forward for it, I wonder how it going to be like. Nevertheless, I'm worry that I will lose this bunch of good friends as when time goes~~~

Over the weekday, I have taken two UT (understanding test). I think I will flunk both of the papers. In the beginning, I assume that I knew the topic very well; hence I am very confidence with the paper. However, when I was doing the paper, my mind was totally blank. I can’t even think what the various steps that can be use are. In addition, the resource was just right in front of me and I can’t even do it. I felt very miserable.
I thought I was prepared, but eventually I wasn’t...

It is always appear that I thought I am prepared but actually I am not. Whenever I felt prepared, I would not put as much effort as I would for the paper which I am not. Do not know like this kind of feeling, I WANT TO SCORE WELL!

But... Right now all I wish was, I could pass all the paper will do.

Today I wake up dam early today, 8am lei...
Guess what time I sleep?

only 3hr of sleep, what make it more miracles was I am dam awake. Just like a daylight owl. Don’t ask me why, because I also do not have the answers for it. LoL...

I guess today is going to be another boring day. Simply just hate weekends, study until like crazy during the weekdays hoping weekends will be an enjoyable, however, it always not the case. It either I am working or my friend are busy when I am free. The worst part is working. Imagine you work till the second day at about 2 to 3am, and you reach home at about 3+am, do you think you still can sleep? And when you woke up, you feel like as if you are still on the same day. What make it even more worst is that you only left with few hours of enjoyment then off you go to work again. Sound like No life right? Anyway, my last day of work is 19 Oct, this coming Friday.

My retail shop manager says that I can have to long period of break but do remember to come back. STUNT... I thought I am quitting the job, but it turn out to be a break? Whatever? It will depend on my mood to return back to Denise. To be frank, I kind of like the job just that the shift is too much. Where do you find a job that you can eat while you are working and drink wine for free? Perhaps I will go back, perhaps I will not. My retail shop manager, he looks highly on me, hoping that I will be back, and so is my friend there. I will miss you guys.. ;) thanks for all the helps..

Hi all,
I am so sorry that I can’t join you for all those outing that you guys had organize. There are just too many thing that I am not willing to do had to be clear. Thus, I wouldn’t be available. But I guess till the end of this coming Friday, 19 October, I should be free enough to go out with you all.

Boring boring boring... (blogging during lesson)

It so sickening, it seem like wolf is starting to wear sheep’s skin.
I do not know is it me that is being jealous or it the truth.
Jealous of being nothing to bullshit in class (being sha ka)
I am starting to hate this class, especially today lesson. It a dam boring lesson of all. All we talk about is servo and servo.
Wah~ it killing me...
Initially, I thought that this module E307 - Robotics & Automation will be interesting. It Robotics, I sure I will gain some interest in it, but since problem 1 to 4 it all servo and it all theory.
What makes it even more worst was the actor that I have mention before, who is in my class.
Someone, anyway save me...
